Spotlights

"Spotlights" are descriptive plaques placed throughout a home that point out key highlights and specific
advantages found within that home. As perspective buyers tour the home, they are better able to appreciate
every feature, including those that may be less obvious to the casual observer. These spotlights are of
particular value in view of the fact that most buyers are brought through the home by THEIR agent, not by
the seller's agent who may have a greater awareness of the home's features. With Spotlights, every tour is,
in reality, a guided tour.
